How It Works

The NMEA Wi-Fi/Ethernet Gateway allows you to transmit data from a NMEA marine digital network to network connected devices, Roku device or a smartphone. With it, you get marine network data including speed, position, wind speed, vessel course and direction, water depth from vessels in displayed in Navigator for Roku. The Device creates its own Wi-Fi network or it can be connected to an existing Wi-Fi network. In the second case, the coverage depends on coverage of the base network and you can configure remote access to a gateway over the Internet. In such case, Navigator can use data from your vessel and display it to any Roku device added to your Roku account.
